Our head Office is based in South West London and supports 130 stores and 900 store based team members. Most of our support functions are based here. The departments working collaboratively together in order to better serve our customers are our Retail Operations, Buying & Merchandising, E-commerce, Finance, People, Creative, Marketing and IT teams.

Our purpose built Distribution Centre was constructed as a result of our relocation from the Olympic Park in Stratford and is located in Barking, Essex. If the store teams are the powerhouse of Moss Bros, the DC is our engine room. Our Distribution Centre is pivotal in ensuring the right product gets to our customers at the right time. Whether that is direct to our customers via our WEBSITE, as a click & collect purchase delivered to one of our stores, or an item purchased in store.
