As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will embody the role of a true Brand Ambassador, effortlessly engaging with a diverse customer base. Your passion for providing exceptional customer service will shine through as you become a natural promoter of sartorial excellence. Your goal will be to ensure that customers receive an exceptional experience, which will encourage them to return to the store repeatedly. With your hardworking and dedicated approach, you will quickly identify the needs of your customers and provide them with engaging styling options. Your dedication to exceeding customer expectations will support the overall store performance. Purpose of the role • By putting the customer at the forefront, you will ensure that they receive the best possible service and leave the store feeling satisfied with their shopping experience. • Actively greets, assists, and sells to customers in a professional and passionate manner, that reflects and promotes our Brand Values. • You will be aware of individual and store targets and take advantage of all selling opportunities to support key business KPI’s. • Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering relevant styling advice. • You will assist store management with high level of stockroom/back area housekeeping including receiving deliveries, stock handling, adhering to all stock control procedures to minimise stock loss.
